Refund
For payments done via any online payment mode / payment gateway, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
Cancellation
Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or modified. All payments made to Gateway Sailing Club are non-refundable.
If Gateway Sailing Club cancels your booking due to unfavourable weather, technical reasons, operational reasons or any other reason whatsoever, you will be eligible to get a full refund.
